Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and big data technologies, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Work extensively with Hadoop, PySpark, and BigQuery for data processing and analytics

- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients on a regular basis

- Participate in data architecture discussions and solution design

- Ensure data quality, security, and best practices across data platforms

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with GCP services

- Hands-on expertise in Hadoop, PySpark, and BigQuery

- Good understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines

- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player

- Experience working directly with clients

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, R

- Knowledge of Core Java

- Strong working knowledge of Linux and SQL

- Experience with any scripting language
