Job Description :

We are seeking an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion technical stack especially worked on SCM modules. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and applying modern technical approaches to enhance Oracle-based supply chain and finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) technical components for SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WIP, and Manufacturing, including forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion technical (e.g., OTBI/BIP Reports, REST APIs, integrations, Groovy scripts, customizations in Oracle Fusion SaaS) in collaboration with functional teams.

- Create and maintain PL/SQL programs, SQL scripts, interfaces, and data conversions using SQL-Loader, UTL_FILE, and other tools in a multi-org and multi-instance environment.

- Customize and extend Oracle workflows, alerts, and personalizations to meet business requirements in SCM and related modules.

- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and support design-to-delivery lifecycle for Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations.

- Participate in upgrade, patching, cloning, and migration activities for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments.

- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for technical issues in SCM and integration layers.

- Contribute to innovation initiatives such as automation, integration with middleware/AI/ML tools, and improving existing technical architecture for Oracle-based applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of Oracle Apps technical experience, with primary focus on Oracle EBS SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WIP, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical, Reports, customization and integration (OTBI/BIP, REST APIs, integration cloud, scripting, or similar).

- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, SQL-Loader, UTL_FILE, and Oracle database concepts.

- Experience with Reports/BI Publisher, Concurrent Programs, and Workflow/Alerts and Oracle Forms in Oracle EBS.

- Exposure to UNIX/Linux shell scripting and job scheduling mechanisms.

- Good understanding of multi-org architecture and Oracle EBS security and profile options.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug and tune complex technical issues in production environments.

Good to Have :

- Working exposure to Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) from a technical or integration perspective.

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware technologies used in hybrid Oracle EBS + Fusion environments.

- Experience with version control, CI/CD practices in an Oracle application context.

- Willingness to innovate, automate repetitive tasks, and propose improvements in technical design and architecture.

Education & Certifications :

- BE/BTech or MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle Certifications are a plus.

- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies and ways to enhance Oracle-based solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
