About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies, software delivery cycles, and stakeholder communication. This role requires hands-on leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

- Create detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

- Ensure projects are executed in line with defined goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.

- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analysis.

Team Management :

- Assign tasks to technical and functional teams; monitor progress and ensure accountability.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Stakeholder & Client Communication :

- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

- Provide regular project status reports, highlight risks, and escalate issues proactively.

- Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables align with business goals.

Risk, Quality & Performance Management :

- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Establish KPIs to monitor progress and measure project success.

- Ensure quality assurance and control processes are in place throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, SOWs, risk registers, and change logs.

- Ensure all project activities are well documented and auditable.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Master's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects, preferably in Agile/Hybrid environments.

- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is mandatory.

- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software implementation projects.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to risk, compliance, and data security considerations in software projects.
