Hiring Now : Fusion HCM Functional Consultant // US Payroll Module

Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Location : Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration and Oracle Cloud Business Process Expertise.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Taxation, with proven ability to design and implement complex payroll solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Design & Configuration :

- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll, including cost allocation and accounting distribution.

- Design and implement complex payroll flows in Oracle Cloud.

- Perform Payroll Accounting configuration and tax processing expertise.

- Configure Payroll Module using FSM, HDL, and other tools.

Advisory & Client Engagement :

- Advise clients on best practices and proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll.

- Act as a trusted advisor on payroll application awareness and compliance.

- Conduct triage sessions with customers to identify root causes, document issues, and provide solutions/workarounds.

Payroll Operations :

- Perform Mid-Year Balance Initialization for USA legislation.

- Execute Payroll Parallel Run reconciliations.

- Manage Payroll Tax Processing including month-, quarter-, and year-end activities.

- Model, test, and execute payroll business processing solutions

Documentation & Integration :

- Prepare functional design documents for payroll interfaces, reports, and Fast Formula.

- Develop customer-facing payroll documentation.

- Ensure seamless integration between Cloud Payroll and other HCM modules.

Specialized Expertise :

- Experience with US retirement plans including 401k, 403b, 457b.

- Strong knowledge of union payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 in HCM Cloud (US Payroll module)

- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll.

- Strong expertise in US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Taxation.

- Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot payroll flows and integrations.

- Excellent communication and client advisory skills.

- Experience with payroll reconciliations, tax processing, and retirement plan configurations

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate
