Fusion Global Business Solution - Artificial Intelligence Architect/ Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities :

- Development of intricate python-based AI code to ensure delivery of cutting-edge AI capabilities in the service management space.

Team Mentoring : You will work alongside junior/mid-level developers, guiding them on managing their workload and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard according to the product roadmap.

Innovation : Guiding members of the team on the latest AI trends, especially large language models and simulation. Software delivery to customers following standard security practices.

Qualifications :

- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or equivalent.

- Agile trained and practiced.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree

- Total of 7 to 10 years of experience in designing and building end-to-end applications, including front-end and back-end

- 4-5 years of experience with full-stack development, Azure / AWS component services like serverless, microservices architecture, AI and GenAI services (Cognitive Search, OpenAI and Open Source FM/LLMs ).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure

- 3-5 years extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

- Deep understanding of data structures, data modeling, software architecture and data pipelines

- Track record in deploying machine learning solutions into production

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to function effectively in a team setting

- Ensure ML Model performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a solution/product

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a solution/product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Data engineering skills with SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and/or similar technologies

- Working knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience contributing to the system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current GenAI systems
