Required Skills:

- 7+ years of overall IT/software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo Systems STEP / Stibo MDM.

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts.

- Experience with STEP data modeling and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with STEP Business Rules and workflows.

- Experience with STEP Web UI.

- Strong JavaScript development experience.

- Good understanding of Java and object-oriented programming.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and HTTP.

- Experience with STEP Web Services / Integration Endpoints / STEPXML.

- Experience in data migration, data quality, validation, and integration.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.

- Experience integrating STEP with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, PIM, or eCommerce platforms.

- Knowledge of SQL/database concepts.

- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps.

- Experience with cloud environments.

- Experience in Product MDM, Customer MDM, or Supplier MDM.

- Stibo Systems certification/training is an advantage.
