Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional SME with strong expertise in payment processing, TPH configuration, and enterprise payment implementations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Temenos Payments Hub, validating payment workflows, and supporting end-to-end payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, validate, and support Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.

- Perform TPH R23/R24 configuration, including version creation, static data setup, API mapping, and interface configuration.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.

- Configure and validate payment workflows for domestic and international payment processing.

- Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and technical teams throughout project delivery.

- Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure compliance with payment industry standards.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and test scenarios.

- Provide functional support for production issues and system enhancements.

Required Skills :

- 6-9 years of experience in Banking and Payments implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) configuration.

- Experience with TPH R23/R24 version creation, static data setup, API mapping, and interface configuration.

- Deep understanding of payment processing, including Credit Transfers, Direct Debits, SWIFT MX, Instant Payments, and Clearing & Settlement frameworks.

- Experience with payment integration, ISO 20022 messaging, and banking APIs.

- Strong knowledge of payment lifecycle, reconciliation, and transaction processing.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) or other Temenos banking products.

- Knowledge of SEPA, RTGS, ACH, NEFT, UPI, or other domestic and international payment schemes.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and payment modernization programs.

- Familiarity with API testing tools and enterprise integration platforms.
