Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

Modules : Compensation - Talent Management - US Payroll - Benefits

Location : Hyderabad (Global MNC) - Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid (depends on candidate location) - Experience: 10+ Years - Immediate Joiners Preferred

Payroll Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and solve complex payroll requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll.

- Expertise in Payroll Accounting, Cost Allocation, Tax Processing & Payroll Flows.

- Perform Mid-Year Balance Initialization (USA Legislation) & Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations.

- Prepare Functional Design Documents for Payroll Interfaces, Reports & Fast Formula.

- Configure Payroll Module using FSM, HDL & other tools.

- Strong knowledge of integration between Cloud Payroll & other HCM Modules.

- Experience with 401k, 403b, 457b & other USA Retirement Plans.

- Manage Payroll Tax Processing (Month-, Quarter-, Year-End).

- Conduct triage sessions, advise clients on best practices, and develop customer-facing documentation.

Benefits / Compensation / Talent Management :

- 10+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM (hire-to-retire cycle).

- Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations (2+ on HCM Cloud).

- Expertise in Compensation (Workforce Compensation mandatory), Talent Management, or Benefits along with Core HR.

- Strong client-facing experience: workshops, design, configuration, testing & go-live.

- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving & client management skills.

- Capable of mentoring, work allocation, monitoring & reporting to Project Manager.

- Open to domestic/international travel (short & long duration).
