About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled technical-functional hybrid consultant specializing in connecting modern cloud HR architectures with core business ERP platforms. This role focuses on data consistency, seamless application bridges, and legacy landscape transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and deploy integration pipelines :

- Design and deploy integration pipelines between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA environments.

2. Master data mapping :

- Master data mapping and configuration using Business Integration Builder (BIB) infrastructure.

3. Execute complex payroll data extractions :

- Execute complex payroll data extractions, transformations, and legacy system migrations from on-premise SAP HCM to Cloud platforms.

4. Troubleshoot middleware integration :

- Troubleshoot middleware integration failures, handling SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) mapping errors.

5. Handle system upgrade tasks :

- Handle system upgrade tasks, validating old structures (Infotypes) safely into modern structures.
