We're Hiring : Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Functional Data Migration Engineer

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM Data Migration, Business Analysis, and Enterprise Solution Design? We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, solution architecture, functional design, configuration, deployment, and testing.

- Design, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise environments.

- Lead CRM functional teams and collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders.

- Design functional solutions integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, self-service portals, ERP systems, mobile applications, and payment gateways.

- Ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and business process optimization.

- Drive user adoption through training, change management, and ongoing functional support.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional designs, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis, and best practices.

- Build strong relationships with business owners, vendors, project sponsors, and technology teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module) functional implementations.

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.

- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE projects with complex integrations.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, user management, and functional architecture.

- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center solutions (Telephony/IVR), self-service portals, ERP systems, and payment gateways.

- Strong understanding of CRM data migration strategies and enterprise business processes.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Must possess at least one of the following :

1. Microsoft Dynamics FastTrack Recognized Architect for Business Applications

2. Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP)
