Role Overview :

As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing and deploying robust time management solutions for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex attendance, leave, and shift policies into functional system configurations. By bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, you will ensure that our clients maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient time-tracking processes that directly influence payroll accuracy and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors Time Management, ensuring alignment with global business requirements and local statutory regulations.

- Configure complex time evaluation rules, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence management workflows to meet specific client operational needs.

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with HR leadership and business process owners to document functional specifications and solution designs.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to critical payroll and time-tracking cycles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and Employee Central consultants, to ensure seamless data integration and process continuity across the SAP HCM landscape.

- Develop comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration workbooks and user training materials, to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer to end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including Time Off and Time Sheet modules, with a deep understanding of time evaluation schemas and rules.

- Proven ability to manage full-cycle implementation projects, from initial scoping and design through to post-go-live support and optimization.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business policies and translate them into scalable, automated system configurations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to present technical solutions to non-technical business leaders effectively.

- A solid foundation in SAP HCM processes and a clear understanding of how time management integrates with global payroll systems.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative consulting environment, managing multiple project streams across Bangalore and Hyderabad locations with high professional standards.

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM functional consulting.
