Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client's transportation requirements and identify areas for improvement.

- Design and configure SAP TM solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Lead and participate in SAP TM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on SAP TM functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions.

- Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to client users, empowering them to effectively utilize the SAP TM system.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP TM updates and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and configure SAP TM solutions to meet complex business requirements.

- Proven expertise in SAP Logistics processes, including transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP TM and other SAP modules, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP EWM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Information Technology.

- Adaptability to work in diverse environments and locations across India.

- 10-15 years of experience in SAP TM implementations.
