Role Overview :

As an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions for our clients. Your daily tasks will involve configuring the SAP system, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to end-users.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP FICO functionalities with business processes.

Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our clients' financial operations, contributing to improved decision-making and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to understand their financial and accounting processes.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to meet client's specific business needs.

- Develop functional specifications and technical documentation for SAP FICO implementations and enhancements.

- Conduct testing and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP FICO solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO modules, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers and other SAP consultants, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies, including S/4HANA, and recommend best practices to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Proven expertise in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and writing functional specifications.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a remote or hybrid environment, depending on project requirements.
