Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

Collaborate with business users to understand manufacturing, inventory, and procurement workflows, mapping business gaps to Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities.

Solution Design & Configuration :

Configure core manufacturing and planning modules, including: Oracle Supply Planning: Managing supply/demand, replenishment, and attribute-based planning. Manufacturing Cloud: Defining work definitions, work orders, work centers, and routings.

Core Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Asset Management :

- Define, track, and maintain asset groups, areas, and numbers, including capital and rebuildable inventory items.

2. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling :

- Create and schedule routine/preventive maintenance work orders via the Maintenance Super User workbench.

3. Work Execution :

- Manage the lifecycle of work requests (approval, rejection, conversion).

4. Resource & Material Management :

- Allocate resources and materials, planning material requirements at each status of a routine work order.

5. Condition Monitoring & Safety :

- Track asset condition through meter readings and implement safety measures, including work permits.

6. Cost Analysis & Reporting :

- Record maintenance costs and generate budget forecasts for asset maintenance.
