Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant

PAN India - Hybrid - 6 - 12 Years Experience

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementation and configuration. Candidates must have worked on at least one of the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Fusion Tax, Expenses, or Budgetary Control & Encumbrance Accounting (BCEA).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead/support Fusion Finance implementations & configurations

- Gather requirements & translate into functional solutions

- Configure GL, Tax, Expenses, BCEA setups (policies, approval rules, templates, business units)

- Support Corporate Cards, Cash Advances, Expense Auditing, Reimbursements

- Manage approval workflows & integrations with Payables & GL

- Perform SIT/UAT, defect resolution, GoLive & postproduction support

- Prepare functional documents & coordinate with technical teams

Mandatory Skills :

- 6 - 12 years in Oracle ERP/Fusion Financials

- Hands-on experience in at least one module: GL / Fusion Tax / Expenses / BCEA

- Proven implementation & configuration expertise

- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes

- Client-facing & requirement-gathering experience

- End-to-end Fusion implementation exposure preferred
