Functional Consultant Dynamics AX / D365 Finance

Role :

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations to support ERP implementation, configuration, business analysis, testing, documentation, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to document business processes and identify critical functional needs.

- Perform detailed gap analysis between standard Dynamics 365 Finance functionality and client-specific business requirements to propose effective solution designs.

- Configure and customize D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management, to meet organizational objectives.

- Develop comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs) to guide the technical development team during the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Functional Experience :

Candidates must have relevant experience in :

- D365 Finance

- AP (Accounts Payable)

- GL (General Ledger)

- AR (Accounts Receivable)

- Fixed Assets

- O2C (Order to Cash)

- P2P (Procure to Pay)

Preferred :

- B.Com / MBA Finance

- Microsoft Dynamics / ERP certification

- Finance, procurement, inventory, and supply-chain process knowledge

- Data migration, reporting, integration, and go-live support
