Role Purpose:

Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the company's finance and supply chain processes, working within a multi-entity, multi-country D365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank/Cash) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Trade/Logistics processes)

- Configure D365 F&O modules; write functional design documents (FDDs) for customizations

- Manage change requests (CRs) - analysis, solution design, UAT coordination, and sign-off

- Support new legal entity setups and rollouts across regions (APAC/MENA/EMEA/LATAM/NA)

- Coordinate with technical teams/vendors for development and defect resolution

- Support month-end/period-close processes and troubleshoot production issues

- Drive UAT planning, test script creation, and end-to-end testing cycles

- Liaise with business SPOCs across finance and supply chain functions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years hands-on D365 F&O (or AX 2012) functional experience, Finance and/or SCM modules

- Strong grasp of GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, intercompany, and procurement (P2P) processes

- Experience with multi-entity, multi-country ERP environments (logistics/freight-forwarding industry a plus)

- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models (Finance vs Operations/SCM licenses)

- Exposure to integrations (Azure, third-party systems) and e-invoicing/statutory compliance is a plus

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills

- D365 F&O certification preferred

Nice to Have:

- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding or shipping industry

- Experience working in GCC/shared services setups
