Roles and Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

- Build strong relationships with North American clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Conduct effective client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Functional Expertise :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

- Conduct gap analysis between existing Navision systems and Business Central capabilities.

- Design and configure Business Central to meet specific client requirements.

- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Training & Support :

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

Continuous Learning :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Actively seek opportunities for professional development and certifications.

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering, or a Master's in a relevant field.

- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in project management methodologies.

- Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central (Preferred)

Additional Requirements :

- Fluency in English - both written and spoken.

- Experience in Navision to Business Central upgrades (Significant Advantage)

- Familiarity with North American business practices and regulations is beneficial.

- Willingness to travel to client sites in North America as required.
