We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Infor M3 ERP and a strong background in finance. In this role, you will work closely with users and internal teams to implement, optimize, and support ERP solutions. Your analytical mindset and in-depth knowledge will help streamline financial operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design finance-related solutions within Infor M3 ERP

- Configure, implement, and optimize financial modules in M3

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate finance processes into ERP workflows

- Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within M3

- Train end-users and support change management processes

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations

- Stay updated on best practices, new functionalities, and finance-related ERP trends

Skills Requirements :

- Graduation in Finance or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Infor M3 ERP

- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including accounting, reporting, and tax compliance

- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing finance modules in M3

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to train end-users

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with on-prem and cloud-based ERP solutions and integrations

- Knowledge of finance regulations and industry-specific compliance standards in different countries

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools for financial analytics.
