Job Title : Full Stack Mobile App Developer (Flutter, Python, AI/Audio Focus)

About the Role :

We are building a next-generation, AI-driven platform tailored for the Indian workforce. The app prioritizes voice-first interactions, video resumes, and automated AI workflows to make technology accessible to everyone.

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable writing high-performance Flutter code as they are architecting AI-powered backends in Python. You will be the primary owner of the app's delivery, ensuring that audio/video processing is seamless and that our scalable backend can handle thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Audio/Video App Delivery : Architect and deliver a high-performance Flutter application optimized for voice-driven UI, seamless audio recording, and video profile uploads.

- Native Android Optimization : Utilize Kotlin and Java to build custom native bridges for low-latency microphone access, background audio services, and media compression.

- AI/ML Backend & Integration : Develop scalable APIs in Python (FastAPI/Django) to manage large media files and integrate AI models for Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and LLM-based conversational logic.

- Database Management : Design and maintain robust SQL schemas to manage user data, relational structures, and media metadata with high efficiency.

- End-to-End Ownership : Manage the entire lifecycle of the app, from local development and Dockerization to deployment on cloud services and publishing to the App Store and Play Store.

Required Technical Qualifications

- Mobile Development : 1-5 years of experience with Flutter.

- Native Proficiency : Professional experience in Kotlin and Java for native Android development.

- Backend & Logic : Strong proficiency in Python for API development and AI/ML model orchestration.

- Database Mastery : Deep understanding of SQL for complex data relationships and performance optimization.

- AI/Audio Experience : Proven track record of handling raw audio/video data and integrating AI services (e.g., Whisper, GPT, or custom ML pipelines).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- MERN Stack Proficiency : Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. While our core is Python/SQL, familiarity with the MERN stack is highly valued for managing web dashboards or secondary microservices.

- Cloud & DevOps : Experience with AWS (Lightsail/EC2), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for automated app testing.

- Accessibility Design : A passion for building UI/UX for non-technical users, specifically utilizing high-contrast professional color schemes and voice navigation.
