Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in mobile app architecture, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, cross-platform experiences. This role is critical in shaping our mobile strategy, ensuring that our applications are not only visually compelling but also performant, secure, and highly scalable. You will act as a technical lead, influencing architectural decisions and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of code quality and delivery excellence in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and React Native to ensure a consistent user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

- Design and implement high-performance RESTful webservices using Node.js to facilitate seamless communication between mobile front-ends and cloud-based backend systems.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces that enhance user engagement.

- Manage the full CI/CD pipeline for mobile deployments, ensuring automated testing, build integrity, and rapid release cycles.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, managing memory usage, and implementing efficient data caching strategies.

- Maintain version control and collaborative workflows using Git to ensure code integrity across distributed development teams.

- Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure components on AWS to support high-traffic mobile applications and data-intensive services.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in mobile app architecture with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade applications.

- Proficiency in cross-platform development frameworks, specifically Flutter and React Native, alongside native iOS and Android development paradigms.

- Strong command over JavaScript and Node.js for building scalable backend services and integrating complex APIs.

- Proven ability to design and consume RESTful webservices, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between mobile clients and servers.

- Deep understanding of mobile testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated UI testing to ensure product stability.

- Experience in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services for hosting, storage, and backend management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based team environment.
