Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at Eazyway Consulting, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, contributing to their overall success and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Python, MySQL, and the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure maintainability and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and resolving root causes.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Deploy and monitor applications on Linux-based servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing web applications using Python and related frameworks.

- Experience in designing and implementing database schemas using MySQL.

- Hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Ability to effectively use Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
