Role Overview

Exp : 5-7Y.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and secure web applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between internal systems and external services.

- Implement standard integration patterns (synchronous and asynchronous) to ensure reliable and robust system communication.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across the development team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Ensure application security by implementing best practices related to authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding.

- Work closely with QA teams to support testing activities and ensure defect-free releases.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, performance tuning, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.

- Hands-on experience with Python for application development or backend services.

- Solid understanding of REST API design, development, and integration.

- Experience with common integration patterns and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).

- Understanding of application security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Soft Skills :
