Role Summary :

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager Full Stack Adobe AEM Dev. to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role owns both front-end and back-end delivery for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services, driving high-performance, secure, and compliant web platforms aligned with Genpacts Client Zero MarTech strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AEM architecture and delivery (front-end and back-end)

- Own AEM Cloud Service environments, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance

- Design scalable components, templates, workflows, and integrations

- Lead Edge Delivery Services (EDS) / Franklin projects and block-based architectures

- Architect integrations with Adobe Analytics, CJA, Target, Workfront, OneTrust, and Salesforce platforms

- Define Dispatcher, CDN, and caching strategies

- Drive performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO readiness

- Lead security, compliance, and access governance

- Mentor and manage AEM developers and delivery teams

- Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, and IT stakeholders

- Own technical roadmaps and modernization initiatives

- Lead vendor and partner technical governance

Required Technical Skills :

- Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service (Sites & Assets)

- Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, Apache Felix

- Java, Maven, REST, GraphQL

- Edge Delivery Services (Franklin), GitHub-based authoring

- HTL (Sightly)

- Frontend frameworks : React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS

- Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD

- Dispatcher configuration and CDN integration

- Adobe IMS, authentication and permissions

- Integration with Adobe Analytics, CJA, Target, OneTrust, Salesforce, and third-party APIs

Leadership & Delivery Skills :

- Technical leadership for multiple enterprise web programs

- Hands-on architecture and code review

- Delivery governance and release management

- Stakeholder communication with marketing, security, legal, and analytics teams

- Vendor and partner oversight

- Mentoring and performance management of technical teams

Compliance, Performance & Governance :

- GDPR, CCPA and consent management alignment

- OneTrust CMP integration and governance

- Performance monitoring and optimization

- Security reviews, penetration testing readiness and audit support

- Platform standards and reusable frameworks

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- 12+ years of web and content platform experience

- 9+ years of hands-on Adobe AEM development and architecture

- 4+ years in technical leadership or people management roles

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud

- Experience with GA4 and GTM

- Experience delivering large enterprise migrations to AEM Cloud
