Full Stack Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and development of web and mobile applications using Node.js, React, and React Native

- Own technical solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and client discussions

- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices

- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and third-party services

- Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability initiatives

- Participate in deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in full stack development

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred)

- Extensive experience with React.js for web applications

- Proven experience with React Native for mobile application development

- Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, and design patterns

- Experience in RFP solutioning, technical documentation, and client presentations

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations

- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
