Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, particularly in building Python-based REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. This role also involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and cloud-based deployments to support AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python REST APIs (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Develop and manage relational database architectures using PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications, including fine-tuning and customization for specific business use cases.

- Write efficient, structured, and context-aware prompts to maximize LLM output quality and application performance.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS EC2 and related cloud services.

- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS for efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings and high-dimensional data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, AI/ML, and QA) to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

- Follow best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in building RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including relational database design.

- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for AI/ML-driven applications.

- Demonstrated expertise in writing efficient, structured, and context-aware prompts to maximize LLM output quality.

- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS EC2.

- Practical experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS.

- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
