Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise software projects while driving Agile transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing Scrum Agile methodologies, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. Experience in the real estate domain and system integration projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end software development projects using Scrum Agile methodology.

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and define project requirements.

- Facilitate requirement prioritization and sprint planning activities.

- Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and executive-level presentations.

- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams.

Team & Agile Management :

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, testers, business analysts, and integration specialists.

- Conduct Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor team members on Agile best practices and project management methodologies.

Risk & Quality Management :

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.

- Develop mitigation plans and drive issue resolution to minimize project impact.

- Monitor project quality standards and ensure adherence to organizational processes.

- Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

System Integration & Technology Oversight :

- Oversee API integrations and system interoperability across multiple platforms.

- Coordinate integration testing activities and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

- Work closely with technical teams on database management and enterprise application integrations.

- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong expertise in Scrum Agile Development Methodology and Agile project delivery.

- Experience managing enterprise software implementation and integration projects.

- Knowledge of API integration testing and database-driven applications.

- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, SDLC, and software delivery processes.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in the Real Estate domain is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with system integration and digital transformation initiatives.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Graduation is preferred; relevant project management experience will also be considered.
