Role Overview :

As a Front End Engineer specializing in React Native, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining our mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile experiences. Your work will directly impact the lives of patients and healthcare providers by providing them with the tools they need to navigate the healthcare system effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and mockups into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality across the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure application stability and reliability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, proactively exploring and evaluating new tools and techniques to improve our applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing mobile applications using React Native, with a strong understanding of its core principles and best practices.

- Proficient in React.js and its ecosystem, including state management libraries like Redux.

- Strong understanding of TypeScript and its benefits in building scalable and maintainable applications.

- Experience with SQL databases and writing efficient queries.

- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely.
