Role Overview :

As a Front End Developer at Mig Staffing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interfaces and experiences for our clients' web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate designs and requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the success of our clients' digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness for web applications.

- Implement RESTful APIs to integrate front-end components with back-end services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using JavaScript and TypeScript, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Manage application state effectively using Redux and Context API, ensuring data consistency and efficient updates.

- Utilize Hooks to create reusable and functional components, improving code maintainability and reducing complexity.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex user interfaces using React.js.

- Proven experience in implementing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Solid understanding of state management principles and experience using Redux and Context API.

- Practical experience using Hooks to create reusable and functional components.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram.
