Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with strong proficiency in React JS who can work closely with Java-based Microservices on the backend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating responsive user interfaces and seamlessly consuming RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop interactive, reusable, and responsive web components using React JS.

- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Java-based Microservices through REST APIs.

- Develop modular and scalable frontend applications in line with micro-frontend architecture.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance.

- Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and service integration layers.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration.

Required Skills

FRONTEND (REACT JS):

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with React JS, Redux / Context API, React Hooks, React Router, etc.

- Familiarity with Component Libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and modern build tools.

- Experience in unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Backend Integration :

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.

- Experience integrating with Java-based Microservices (Spring Boot preferred).

- Basic understanding of Java to facilitate debugging and collaborative development.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Knowledge of authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
