- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter for web and mobile.

- Build scalable and reusable UI components following best UX/UI and coding standards.

- Contribute to backend development using Flutter backend capabilities, Spring, and Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable code and follow established development standards.

- Implement and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, and related tools.

- Work with Docker and Git for version control, builds, and deployments.

- Track assigned tasks, manage priorities, and provide regular progress updates to the Project Lead.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and workflows.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring application performance and stability.

- Continuously improve development practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- BE/BS in Software Engineering or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong full-stack development exposure.

- Proven hands-on expertise in Flutter for multi-platform UI development.

- Backend development experience using Spring and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Cypress, and Playwright.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Git.

- Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

- Exposure to Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and design best practices.

- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise applications.
