About the Role :

Frontend Arts brings together deep industry expertise and the latest IT advancements to deliver world-class digital transformation services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Workday Extend Senior Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering solutions using Workday Extend.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement applications using Workday Extend.

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Workday Extend applications.

- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout project delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on Workday Extend solutions.

- Participate in customer meetings, requirement discussions, solution design, and demonstrations.

- Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices and meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Extend.

- Workday Certification is mandatory/preferred based on project requirements.

- Strong understanding of Workday application development and integrations.

- Experience in solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
