About the Role :

Frontend Arts brings together deep industry expertise and the latest IT advancements to deliver world-class digital transformation services. We are looking for an experienced Workday Benefits Senior Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the Workday Benefits module.

The successful candidate will serve as the Functional Owner/Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Benefits, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday Benefits module based on business requirements.

- Serve as the functional owner, solution architect, and SME for Workday Benefits.

- Lead benefits-related system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.

- Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Identify opportunities to automate benefits processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Design scalable solutions aligned with business processes and organizational growth.

- Perform and coordinate system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Provide ongoing production and operational support for Workday Benefits.

- Support integrations and data-related requirements associated with benefits processes.

- Maintain system documentation and ensure configurations follow established standards and best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee benefits experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Benefits configuration and administration.

- In-depth understanding of employee benefits processes and Workday functionality.

- Experience working as a Workday Benefits Functional Consultant, Architect, or SME.

- Strong experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable Workday solutions.

- Experience in process improvement and automation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday certification or relevant Workday Benefits experience.

- Experience supporting large-scale or global Workday environments.

- Knowledge of Workday integrations, reporting, and related HCM modules is an advantage.
