We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and technical development. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional HR process knowledge and technical skills to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS HCM modules including HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, and Absence Management.

- Map business processes to Oracle HCM functionality and recommend effective solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and Absence Management.

- Configure Oracle HCM modules and maintain setup documentation.

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design documents.

- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and support UAT activities.

- Conduct user training sessions and prepare end-user documentation.

- Customize and enhance Oracle EBS HCM applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Workflow.

- Perform OAF Customizations including personalization, extensions, and custom page development using JDeveloper.

- Develop Oracle APEX applications, dashboards, and custom HR solutions.

- Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading using SQL Loader, APIs, HDL, and custom scripts.

- Design and develop XML Publisher reports and integrations.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.

- Support system upgrades, patching activities, and integration testing.

- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Collaborate effectively with HR, Business, and IT teams.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional consulting.

- Proven experience in implementation, enhancement, support, and maintenance of Oracle HCM applications.

- Oracle Certification in HRMS/HCM is an added advantage.
