About the Role :

Frontend Arts brings together deep industry expertise and the latest IT advancements to deliver world-class digital transformation services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Lead to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Time and Labor solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions.

- Configure Time Categories, Time Rules, Time Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, and Time Processing Profiles.

- Design and configure overtime rules, premium pay, shift differentials, labor distribution, and complex work schedules.

- Integrate Time and Labor with Absence Management, Payroll, and Core HR processes.

- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and translate requirements into effective functional solutions.

- Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution design documentation.

- Configure and optimize Time and Labor rules in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, payroll reconciliation, and production support activities.

- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities, limitations, and industry best practices.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll, Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Core HR, and Third-Party Time Capture Systems (Monarch experience preferred).

Expertise Required:

- HDL/HSDL Data Loads and Data Migration

- Fast Formula Development

- Time Validation Rules

- Payroll Processing Logic

- BI Publisher Reporting

- OTBI Reporting and Analytics

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support REST/SOAP integrations, interfaces, and data conversions.

- Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Investigate and resolve production issues with detailed root cause analysis and sustainable resolutions.

- Support system enhancements, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor.

- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor configuration and implementation.

- Experience integrating Time and Labor with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.

- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development.

- Experience with HDL/HSDL data migration and configuration.

- Strong knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, and reporting solutions.

- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and Oracle Cloud integrations.

- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

- Experience supporting payroll validation and reconciliation processes.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with third-party time capture systems such as Monarch.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Time and Labor or related modules.

- Experience leading global Time and Labor implementations.

- Knowledge of workforce compliance, labor regulations, and payroll processes.
