Frontend Arts - Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions across modules

- Build and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and OTBI analyses

- Develop and manage data loads using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI

- Design and implement Oracle HCM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation modules from a technical standpoint

- Perform SQL and XML development for reporting, integrations, and data extraction

- Participate in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and production support projects

- Collaborate with functional consultants, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure best practices for data security, performance, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical roles

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Fast Formulas

2. HCM Extracts

3. BI Publisher (BIP)

4. OTBI

5. HDL / HSDL / FBDI

- Expertise in Oracle HCM integrations (REST, SOAP; OIC preferred)

- Experience supporting one or more HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation

- Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and data structures

- Experience in end-to-end implementations and support engagements

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications

- Experience in global implementations and multi-country payroll integrations
