Role Overview :

As a Conga CPQ Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Configure, Price, Quote solutions that streamline sales processes and enhance revenue operations for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable CPQ configurations. You will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless integration of CPQ with other enterprise systems, directly impacting sales efficiency, accuracy, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive Conga CPQ solutions, including product catalog, pricing rules, configuration logic, and quote generation, to meet specific client business needs.

- Develop custom functionalities and integrations using RLP (Revenue Lifecycle Platform), C#, and TURBO CALLBACKS to extend Conga CPQ capabilities and address unique requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather, analyze, and translate complex sales and pricing requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of CPQ implementations.

- Provide expert guidance and best practices on Conga CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration strategies to optimize system performance and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Conga CPQ configurations, integrations, and custom code, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards within the CPQ practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Conga CPQ solutions for complex business scenarios.

- Proven proficiency in RLP (Revenue Lifecycle Platform) for developing advanced pricing, configuration, and document generation logic.

- Strong development skills in C# for building custom applications, integrations, and extending platform capabilities.

- Experience with TURBO CALLBACKS for enhancing CPQ functionality and integrating with external systems.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom object development.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients in a remote work environment.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 15 years of professional experience in Conga CPQ implementation and development roles.
