We are seeking a seasoned ForgeRock L3 Consultant to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice in Noida. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the technical authority for complex IAM ecosystems, managing the stability, performance, and evolution of our ForgeRock platform.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, engineering teams, and security architects to troubleshoot critical production issues, design scalable authentication flows, and ensure seamless integration across diverse enterprise applications. Your expertise will directly influence the security posture and user experience of our digital infrastructure, ensuring robust identity governance and frictionless access for thousands of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the L3 support efforts by diagnosing and resolving complex, high-priority incidents within the ForgeRock environment to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements.

- Architect and implement advanced authentication and authorization patterns using OpenAM, SAML, and OAuth to support evolving business security requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to provide technical guidance on custom ForgeRock integrations, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform stability.

- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on recurring system bottlenecks to drive long-term platform reliability and performance optimization.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight on complex deployments, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the IAM practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in ForgeRock IAM, specifically OpenAM, with a proven ability to manage and troubleshoot enterprise-grade identity solutions.

- Exhibit strong command over identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, with the ability to configure and debug complex federation scenarios.

- Possess a solid background in software development and scripting, enabling the creation of custom solutions and automation tools to enhance platform supportability.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on security initiatives and project outcomes.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Noida while managing multiple high-stakes priorities.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in IAM support and development.
