Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang (primary), Python, and Java.

- Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability in production environments.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud.

- Manage / Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have).

- Solid experience with Python and Java.

- Hands-on experience with microservice architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Expertise in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with Cloud Code or Cursor AI tools.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
