Experience : 5+ years (React Native & TypeScript)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced React Native Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Redux, and modern mobile development practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive mobile application development, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end mobile application development using React Native and TypeScript

- Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and product

- Participate in client discussions and manage technical expectations

- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across applications

- Implement state management using Redux and Redux Saga

- Leverage AI tools like Claude AI for development efficiency (where applicable)

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong experience in React Native and TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with Redux and Redux Saga

- Experience working with REST APIs / third-party integrations

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude AI)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Good to Have :

- Experience with mobile app performance optimization

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
