Job Title : Lead React Native Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead React Native Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of our mobile applications. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in React Native along with strong technical leadership skills to mentor engineers and guide best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead development of scalable, high-performance React Native applications across iOS and Android

- Drive adoption of React Native New Architecture (JSI, Fabric, TurboModules, Hermes)

- Design and build native modules using Kotlin and/or Swift where needed

- Own mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and release management for App Store & Play Store

- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices

- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver production-grade features

- Optimize app performance, stability, and crash-free rates at scale

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 4+ years hands-on in React Native

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Redux & Redux Saga

- Hands-on experience with React Native New Architecture (JSI, Fabric, TurboModules, Hermes)

- Native module development experience (Kotlin and/or Swift)

- Experience with React Native CLI (bare workflow)

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)

- Proven experience with App Store & Play Store release management

- Experience leading teams code reviews, mentoring, technical decision-making

- Experience shipping and maintaining large-scale production mobile applications

Good to Have :

- Experience in a product company

- Domain experience in FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce, or Healthcare

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
