Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX principles, design tools, and user-centered design processes. This role involves leading design efforts, collaborating with product and development teams, and ensuring consistent, modern, and intuitive user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing user flows, wireframes, and UI screens for complex web and mobile applications.

- Creating clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

- Leading and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions.

- Improving user experience through research, testing, and feedback analysis.

- Maintaining consistency across products using design systems and standards.

- Mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on best UI/UX practices.

- Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

- Strong foundation in UI & UX principles and user-centered design.

- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping tools.

- Proven experience in creating design systems and scalable interfaces.

- Passionate about design with a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.

- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and usability.
