Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Engineer to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following best coding practices.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs into mobile applications.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

- Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.

- Experience developing and deploying applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, and UI customization.

- Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

- Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.

- Familiarity with local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or ObjectBox.

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.

- Experience with Git version control.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an advantage.

- Experience with payment gateway integrations, push notifications, and offline storage.

- Understanding of application security best practices.
