Flutter Engineer - Need candidates from product based companies and Tier 1/2 colleges

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Flutter Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android within a fast-growing Neo-bank. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance fintech solutions used at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications using clean, scalable, and testable code

- Translate product requirements into robust technical implementations

- Implement scalable mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC, Riverpod, and Clean Architecture

- Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and manage complex data flows

- Ensure strong standards of security, performance, accessibility, and reliability

- Write unit, widget, and integration tests

- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design decisions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 1 year in Flutter

- Candidates should have prior experience working in product-based companies and be graduates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

- Strong proficiency in Dart and deep understanding of Flutter framework internals

- Experience building production-grade mobile applications

- Solid understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns

- Experience integrating third-party APIs, SDKs, and services

- Knowledge of mobile security best practices such as secure storage, encryption, and authentication flows

- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative engineering practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries

- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) development

- Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic

- Experience with analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools
