Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 34 years of experience in developing high-quality cross-platform and native mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter & Dart, along with exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, and AI coding agents is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance mobile applications.

- Implement native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) functionality when required.

- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.

- Collaborate with backend (.NET) and frontend (ReactJS/React Native) teams.

- Ensure application performance, security, quality, and responsiveness.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, optimization, documentation, and testing.

- Work with GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, and AI-agent-based development workflows.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, Jira task management, and release activities.

- Manage application deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.

- Experience in native Android and/or iOS application development.

- Strong knowledge of GetX, BLoC, or Provider state management.

- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, Git, and mobile app deployment.

- Working knowledge of SQL and database handling.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Jira environments.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt-driven development workflows.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with .NET (C#) backend services.

- Knowledge of ReactJS or React Native.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Passion for AI-driven software development and modern engineering practices.
