We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and visually appealing applications. Your work will directly impact our users by providing them with seamless and engaging mobile experiences, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.

Core Responsibilities :

- Mono-repo Mastery: Build and maintain a single Flutter codebase for Web, Android, and iOS, ensuring 90%+ code reuse.

- AI-Driven UI Generation: Use GenAI to rapidly prototype and iterate on core dashboards (Earnings, Charges, Discounts, Refunds, Ads).

- Complex Visualizations: Implement high-performance charts and "Drill-down" carousels for real-time rendering.

- Contract-First Integration: Work with Backend/AI agents to consume robust API signatures for Payout Intelligence.

Skills & Experience :

Must-Have :

- 5+ years in Flutter/Dart with a portfolio of hybrid apps (Web + iOS + Android).

- Expert-level usage of Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit for automation.

- Deep understanding of Impeller rendering and state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).

Should-Have :

- Experience building data-dense, responsive dashboards for mobile and web.
