Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms to meet the evolving needs of our users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features that align with product vision and business goals.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the maintainability and scalability of our applications.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the development team.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the stability and performance of our applications.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability to provide a smooth user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends and technologies to continuously improve our development practices.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming language for building cross-platform mobile applications.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex UI/UX designs with attention to detail and user experience principles.

- Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, including state management, data persistence, and network communication.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats for seamless integration with backend services.

- Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development and code management.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
