- You'll be the IT Planning Lead supporting and managing a team of 2 to drive automation, solutions and Bau support in all elements of planning from Supply chain to Financial Planning.

Main Accountabilities :

Within his/her portfolio scope (as above), the IT Planning Lead has the following accountabilities :

- Be the integral point of contact and support for the global planning demands in Integrated Business Planning and FP&A.

- Work closely with strategic stakeholders to define the roadmap and process initiatives for a SAP IBP and EPM tools for better integrated planning solutions.

- Develop, Support and manage team members.

- Project Management experience and expertise in various SAP project delivery methodologies is required. Including management of project deliveries.

- Effective influencing and presentation skills.

- In depth understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP business processes, Financial Planning and IT operations.

- Vendor Team Management (Indirect Control) : Experience managing multi-vendor team or outsourced delivery model

- Ability to hold Vendor partners accountable to quality, contract and agreed cost/time for delivery

- Support projects, BAU items and change requests with third party vendors and manage capacity and budgets within the domain.

- Have experience with engaging with key Process Owners, high level leadership stakeholders and business process owners to identify gaps for specific processes and come with the ability to seek and develop technical solutions.

- Build and Maintain a Business Process alignment to underlying IT capabilities.

- Senior Presence and acumen to credibly work with Senior Business and IT Stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements :

- 10+ years experience in managing planning solutions and teams.

- Has delivered projects in the Planning space whilst owning the business requirements from an IT perspective.
