Role Overview :

As a Flexera Consultant - Insurance, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and implementation services related to Flexera solutions within the insurance domain. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and potentially external clients to understand their software asset management (SAM) and license optimization needs, design effective solutions using Flexera tools, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing management. This role requires a deep understanding of software licensing models, IT infrastructure, and the specific challenges faced by insurance companies in managing their software assets. Your work will directly contribute to cost savings, compliance, and improved operational efficiency for AXA and its clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client's software asset management (SAM) maturity and licensing requirements within the insurance industry to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Design and implement Flexera solutions, including FlexNet Manager Suite, to automate software discovery, inventory, license reconciliation, and compliance reporting for insurance clients.

- Configure and customize Flexera tools to accurately reflect the client's software landscape, licensing agreements, and organizational structure.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution design documents, implementation guides, and training materials, to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing support.

- Collaborate with IT teams, procurement departments, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Flexera solutions, addressing user issues and resolving technical challenges to maintain system stability and performance.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of software assets to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flexera product updates, industry trends, and best practices in software asset management to continuously improve the effectiveness of solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Flexera solutions, particularly FlexNet Manager Suite, for software asset management and license optimization.

- Proven ability to analyze complex software licensing agreements and translate them into actionable configurations within Flexera tools.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, virtualization, and cloud environments, with the ability to identify and inventory software assets across diverse platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements related to software usage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Bangalore or Pune.
