Were looking for a Flexera Administrator to manage and optimize our Flexera environment while ensuring accurate asset visibility, compliance, and reporting.

Role : Flexera Administrator

Experience : 8+ Years

Technology : Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer Flexera One / FNMS users, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and configurations.

- Monitor beacons, agents, inventory collection, data imports, and platform health.

- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Flexera Beacons & Discovery Agents.

- Manage integrations with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, ITSM, Procurement, and Cloud platforms.

- Configure Business Adapters and validate license, purchase, contract, and consumption data.

- Maintain Software Recognition, Technopedia mappings, entitlements, subscriptions, and purchase records.

- Support Effective License Position (ELP) and Product Use Rights (PUR) analysis.

- Generate compliance, utilization, optimization, audit-readiness, and cost-saving reports.

- Identify unused/underutilized SaaS licenses and support license reclamation.

- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, Security, Cloud Engineering, and SAM teams.

- Troubleshoot L2/L3 incidents related to scanning, data quality, integrations, and inventory discrepancies.

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite.

- Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), ITAM, License Compliance, or FinOps.

- Good understanding of Windows, Linux, Virtualization, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, or ITSM integrations.

- Working knowledge of SQL and PowerShell.

- Understanding of ITIL - Incident, Problem & Change Management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
